Cancellation Policy

----------------------------------------- BOOKING DEPOSIT: A $30 non-refundable Booking Deposit is required for all services. In this case, non-refundable means cancellations will not be accepted and only reschedules are allowed. Reschedules made up to 24 hours before a scheduled appointment via SMS, email, or phone will be processed without a penalty. In this case, the $30 deposit will be valid for 1 month. ----------------------------------------- CANCELLATION POLICY: Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within the 24 hours before an appointment will be subject to a $30 fee. This fee also applies to No Shows, Late Arrivals more than 15mins late and those who breach our T&Cs. All fees will be deducted from the Booking Deposit automatically. ----------------------------------------- AFTER-HOUR FEE: The $20 after-hour fee will not be reflected on this Booking Confirmation or any other email, but will be requested onsite at our salon.
